| The
Brighton Belles joined with 86 Red
Hatters from around the country to
celebrate the naming of a new sweet
pea called "Ruby Red Hat" at
R.H.S. Wisley in Surrey.
We
caused quite a stir and spent much of
our time answering questions from the
public, many of whom wanted to join a
chapter in their area. We certainly
are "Spreading the Red".
We had
afternoon tea in the Glass Restaurant
which opened especially for us.
Sandwiches, cakes, cream and jam
scones and lashings of tea. Oh! It was
wonderful, just what Red Hatting is
all about.
A
big thank you to Queen Mel and her
Vice Queen Lady Boz.
