Menopause the Musical

As further celebrations for April many chapters from around the U.K. visited the Shaw Theatre in London. We got to meet and chat with the cast who were very friendly. We nearly filled the whole theatre. We all knew Sue Pollard from her Heidi Heidi days, she has a beautiful voice. Many 60's & 70's songs were sung but with the words changed to suit what happens to many women during menopause.

Afterwards we were invited back onto the stage for a group photo call with us all, and the cast.  The sea of red and purple was fantastic to see. For many of the Red Hatters it was their first experience of being so many like mined ladies, and it blew them away. They can't wait for The Colchester Convention in October this year.

This is the cast, as you can see it is all female, of course. We never knew they could sing so well. Our photo call on the stage with the cast. The lovely ladies from The Crawley Titfer-Tats  Here we are outside the theatre waiting for our minibus to take us home after a lovely show. We made many new friends. Here's Maggie (Margeret Shannon) who has done so much to gel us altogether, and who suggested this event.
