At
4 am we set off for Gatwick Airport to
catch our87.30 flight to Marco Polo
airport. We were taken by water taxi to
the Lido area. We had a wonderful 6
course meal in the most beautiful
restaurant owned by Brighton Belle
Betty's daughter. Music played while we
had a leisurely lunch before setting off
in a water bus to St Marks Square. We
visited St Marks Basilica which was
amazing. We were treated like celebrities
everywhere we went. It was a day that we
will never forget.
